As a Sales Development Representative, your main job will be to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities with large companies. You’ll be working in business-to-business sales where you’ll need to pitch consulting projects to both security and IT teams. Your primary tasks will involve figuring out what the company needs and gathering information to determine if they’re a good fit for our services. You’ll do this by reaching out to them through phone calls, social networks, and emails.

As part of a newly established team, the SDR will be the driving force of pipeline generation and new customer acquisition at HolistiCyber.

The SDR will collaborate closely with their sales colleagues and be an integral part of the extended sales team, effectively targeting potential customers in various accounts. The team will also leverage the most cutting-edge processes and the latest tools and technologies to prioritize their lead follow up activities, understand buying intent, and effectively engage with customers and prospects.

Using your prospecting and account penetration skills, you’ll work to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline goals as well as other defined objectives.

  • Identify qualified sales opportunities in large, enterprise accounts.
  • Interact with IT and business decision makers via telephone, email, and social channels.
  • Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure effective lead management.
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the sales team.
  • Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential.
  • Exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly sales accepted opportunity development quota.
  • Experience in a similar role in technology industry desired
  • Positive and energetic phone skills and excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.

  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office).

Head of Development

HolistiCyber is looking for an End-2-End hands-on Development Leader capable of developing a web application powered by advanced ML (AI) capabilities. The successful candidate is a strong, passionate leader and team player for a fun, professional, and fast-growing company to lead our new and disruptive cyber-SaaS product.

We are working with Agile, CI/CD (microservices), and the development leader will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle – including design, architecture, development, testing, implementation, and support.

  • Knowledge of Functional Programming – understanding End-2-End systems including: QA testing, DevOps, CI/CD, and customer care.
  • Backend expertise and technical leadership using JavaScript
  • Frontend expertise using React/Redux, Knowledge of CSS preprocessor (Less, Sass, etc…), and experience with web technologies like node.js
  • Knowledge and experience with no-SQL DB – preferable in graph-DB (neo4j)
  • Have a research mind-set to investigate complex technical challenges and help grow intellectual property assets.

As the Digital Marketing and Automations Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing various digital marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and generate qualified leads. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, ranging from creative to analytical.

  • HubSpot Mastery: Utilize your deep expertise in HubSpot to manage and optimize our marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer journey workflows.

  • Inbound Lead Management: Oversee the entire inbound lead lifecycle, working alongside the SDR team to ensure timely and effective follow-up to convert leads into customers.

  • Social Media Management: Create, curate, and post engaging content across our social media channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

  • PPC Campaigns: Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

  • Website Management: Take ownership of the digital aspects of our WordPress website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and work alongside SEO team to make sure everything is optimized.

  • Data Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, conversion rates, and ROI to refine strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Marketing Automation Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing automation strategies that nurture leads and enhance customer experiences.

  • Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to drive continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and marketing automation, with a focus on HubSpot implementation and management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing inbound lead generation strategies and nurturing prospects through the customer journey.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
  • Experience creating and managing PPC campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress for website management and basic SEO principles.
